In Company Courses for Improving Commercial Thinking
This series of training courses in finance for non financial managers have been designed to develop commercial awareness so that participants can think, talk & act more commercially within the workplace. This programme is offered at three levels depending on individual experience and the course content can be adapted to suit the needs of your own company using internal management accountants for case study and discussion activities.
