Our online Finance for Non Financial Managers in Hospitality course delivered by arena4finance founder, Debra Adams, aims to improve commercial knowledge to ensure that hospitality departmental heads are able to budget, forecast and control business performance using the relevant terminology and ratios for the industry. Debra has over 30 years experience of hotel finance training with a background in hospitality, finance and education.

The course includes a review of the summarised hotel profit and loss account and the individual departmental reports with a focus on conversion to gross operating profit.

All examples are based on the recommendations of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI).
